Dr. Shady Mansi is considered among the most skilled physicians in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. He has performed a large number of cardiac procedures, exceeding 200,000 heart interventions, and has successfully managed many complex cases that were previously considered inoperable without surgery.

He is recognized as a leading contributor to the advancement of cardiovascular treatments, both in interventional cardiology (catheter-based techniques) and other therapeutic approaches. He was among the first in Egypt to introduce rotational atherectomy for treating arterial calcifications and among the pioneers in utilizing catheter-based techniques for heart valve treatment.

He also specialises in the diagnosis and management of all forms of hypertension, including identifying underlying causes.
